Kiddibops Terms & Conditions and Operating Policy During COVID-19

-
All bookings (venue and Zoom classes) must be booked in advance via our booking site https://kiddibops.class4kids.co.uk This is to keep accurate contact information for track and trace, reduce money handling and ensure that numbers are not exceeded in venues.
-
In both venue and online sessions, parents are responsible for the behaviour and safety of their children.
-
During online sessions, the named adult is responsible for ensuring that house members are behaving appropriately and suitably clothed.
-
For safeguarding and child protection reasons, no filming or screenshots of online sessions is allowed under any circumstances. In venues, you must ask permission if you would like to film/take pictures of your child in the session. In some venues filming or photographing the classes is strictly prohibited to protect the privacy of our attendees and their children.
-
Kiddibops has a commitment to ensure that the equipment and activities are of equal value and of equal worth to everyone regardless of race, culture, language, gender, age, experience, religion, background, ability or disability.
-
Kiddibops has public liability insurance to the value of £10million provided by Royal Sun Alliance through the Pre-School Learning Alliance and can be viewed at any time.
-
Kiddibops does not issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances (this includes self isolation). As a gesture of goodwill we will make available catch-up sessions on Zoom. We do not transfer missed sessions onto new terms.
-
Kiddibops does not issue refunds for missed trials, and is under no obligation to reschedule missed trials.
-
Kiddibops reserve the right to remove from our classes, without refund, anyone who displays dangerous or inappropriate behaviour that may cause destruction, injury and offence. This includes online classes.
-
If any venue sessions are cancelled due to adverse local weather conditions, Kiddibops will deliver the class via Zoom at the same day and time. If this isn't possible, parents will be refunded or offered an alternative if possible. If the venue and classes are able to run, no refunds will be given for those that have not been able to attend.
-
All aspects of Kiddibops© classes, including handouts, recordings and the Kiddibops© class structure is the intellectual property of Kiddibops© and Midland Music Education Services Ltd. Unauthorised usage and copying will result in immediate legal action.
-
Kiddibops staff are not responsible for any loss or injury during the class.
-
In all venue classes, safety measures must be followed. Families MUST not attend if any of the adults or children in the party have COVID, or are displaying ANY symptoms of COVID including sneezing, coughing or a runny nose. Families MUST not attend if they or their children have any other contagious illness including sickness, diarrhoea, or contagious rashes and must observe NHS guidance on staying at home. Our main priority is to keep all our families and staff safe from unnecessary illness. Families that miss classes due to illness are able to access our interactive zoom catch-up class for free.
-
When arriving at venues, class members must wait outside the venue, and wait to be let in by the class leader. Please don't arrive more than 5 minutes before the class starts.
-
When your class is finished, please exit the venue safely and in a timely fashion. It is not permitted for class attendees to linger inside the venue or near the entrance/exit points.
-
During venue classes, adults are responsible for ensuring that any crawling or walking children are not going onto other families mats or handling their designated instruments.. While we understand that children are built to roam, we appreciate your understanding in keeping this to a minimum during this current time.
-
Masks are no longer compulsory on entry to the venue, but in our classes we would recommend that they are worn when we are doing closer work (parachute play and passing games). We respect any adults that wish to wear face coverings throughout the session.
-
No sharing of equipment bag contents is permitted between different families at this time.
-
All families MUST sanitise or wash their hands on entry to the venue, prior to starting the class.
-
You must declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us up-to-date should this change by emailing us at: info@kiddibops.co.uk
-
You must declare if you do not want your child to be photographed for marketing purposes and keep us up-to-date should this change using the given email address.
-
Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid for spaces will be given priority if there is a waiting list.
-
If you and your child have attended a venue class and display symptoms of COVID-19 or test positive for COVID-19 within 48 hours, you must inform the class leader. Your details will be kept anonymous.
-
If a venue or a class is cancelled due to COVID-19, the class will be transferred to Zoom at the same day and time as the venue class attended. Refunds will not be issued unless it is not possible to offer a Zoom class.
-
Only one adult is permitted per venue booking. If you wish for more than one adult to attend with your children, you must notify us in advance due to numbers.
-
Due to number restrictions all adults and children must be registered on the booking site https://kiddibops.class4kids.co.uk with accurate contact information and be booked onto the appropriate class.
-
Anyone who arrives at a venue and is not officially booked onto a class will be turned away.

Regular hand washing and sanitising before and after handling equipment that is meant for participant use.
-
Allowing extra time between classes for participants to exit and enter the building safely, and to clean equipment.

Ensuring that noise levels are kept at a level where participants are not having to raise their voice.

Providing designated mats for each participant, ensuring social distancing is maintained during each class.
