Our Kiddibops SEND Music Support classes are safe and welcoming spaces where families can enjoy music and play together. We use musical activities to encourage children to communicate and engage with each other without any pressure. This helps to support their speech, language, and social interaction skills. Music is often used as part of effective SEND intervention and autistic children often respond better to music-based therapies.

 

Our sessions are designed to be fun and engaging, with plenty of singing, dancing, and musical games that are mostly child-led. We respect each child's individual sensory profile and adapt our activities and environment to cater to their changing needs. Children are never pressured to participate in any activity they are uncomfortable with. 

 

We understand the challenges that parents face in attending classes with their children, especially those with special educational needs and disabilities. Our aim is to create a supportive and inclusive environment where you and your child can be yourselves. 

 

Our SEND music groups have resulted in many long-lasting friendships and support networks among families who share similar experiences. We believe that every child deserves the opportunity to thrive, and we are committed to providing a space where all children can do just that.
